KNK Recruiting, LLC is looking for a direct-hire Home Health Care Operations Manager for our client in the Cincinnati, Ohio, area.
Position Type: Full-Time (Direct Hire)
Targeted Pay: $70K - $90K Base (base pay plus bonus opportunities)

Your Role:
As Home Healthcare Operations Manager, you would oversee our client’s home healthcare operations. You would also ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care while managing day-to-day operations, staff, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
What You'll Do:
• Oversee daily operations of home healthcare services, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Manage and support a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, nurse aides, and support staff.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service quality and compliance.
• Monitor patient care quality and satisfaction, promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and community resources to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation.
• Conduct staff training and development programs to enhance team performance.
What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field
• Experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in home healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
